Arkansas Department of Education Commissioner Johnny Key is pleased to announce that Dr. Suzanne Bailey has been named the new assistant commissioner for Educator Effectiveness and Licensure. Bailey starts Dec. 3 and replaces Dr. Jeremy Owoh, who was appointed superintendent at the Pine Bluff School District.
