Join Dr. Denise Airola, Director of the Office of Innovation for Education, and learn what leaders can do to ensure PLCs are productive teacher development experiences that improve student learning. This webinar will highlight the research on how leaders can directly and indirectly impact teacher learning and improve student learning through effective collaborative data use. We will dig into three main areas that contribute to effective collaborative data use:(1) team effectiveness, (2) productive and unproductive team data practices, and (3) team and teacher instructional responses that lead to increased student learning.
