Arkansas Better Chance (ABC)

Arkansas Better Chance (ABC) is a high-quality pre-K for families with a household income below 200 percent of the federal poverty line or $48,600 for a family of four in 2016.  The program is for children ages birth to 5 years old with the majority of the participants being 3- and 4-year-olds.
