  • AASL Knowledge Quest Online - A print journal devoted to offering substantive information to assist building-level school librarians, supervisors, library educators, and other decision makers concerned with the development of school library programs and services. Articles address the integration of theory and practice in school librarianship and new developments in education, learning theory, and relevant disciplines.  Online content includes a blog, additional articles, and archival material.
  • American Association of School Librarians - The national professional membership organization focused on school librarians and the school library community. Numerous resources available on the website include advocacy tools, learning standards, program guidelines, position statements and professional development opportunities.
  • Arkansas Traveler Portal - Reliable digital sources of information on a variety of topics free to all Arkansas residents available on the Arkansas State Library website and made possible by a grant from the U.S. Institute of Museum and Library Services under the provisions of the Library Services and Technology act.
  • Butler Center for Arkansas Studies - A department of the Central Arkansas Library System that promotes a greater understanding and appreciation of Arkansas history, literature, art, and culture. Through a partnership with the Arkansas Studies Institute, more than 10 million documents, photographs and oral histories on Arkansas history are made available for public use.
  • Children’s Book Council - The nonprofit trade association of children’s book publishers in North America, dedicated to supporting the industry and promoting children’s books and reading. The CBC also frequently partners with other organizations on programs that promote children’s literacy and the joy of reading including Children’s Book Week and Children’s Choice Book Awards.
  • Creative Commons - A website designed to provide free, easy-to-use copyright licenses to make a simple and standardized way to give the public permission to share and use your creative work–on conditions of your choice.
  • Project ENABLE - A training site designed to help librarians gain the knowledge, skills, and resources needed to create inclusive and accessible libraries that meet the needs of all students.  A new module addresses autistic students.
  • S.O.S. for Information Literacy - A web-based, multimedia resource that includes peer-reviewed lesson plans, handouts, presentations, videos, and other resources to enhance the teaching of information literacy K-16.
  • Story Corps: Listening to Americans’ Stories - A site dedicated to preserving and sharing humanity’s stories in order to build connections between people and create a more just and compassionate world. This website includes information about resources available, tips for conducting interviews and an archive of interviews about people from diverse backgrounds and experiences.
  • The School Learning Commons Knowledge Building Center - A participatory learning community with attention to a collaborative physical and virtual environment, excellent instructional designs and use of best resources and technologies to help learners build personal expertise and collaborative knowledge.
