Exhibitor Information

  • Exhibit booths are 8' x 10' and include a 6' skirted table with 2 chairs and an exhibitor name tag. Space is not carpeted and does not include electricity. (electricity may be contracted by the exhibitor through the Hot Springs Convention Center. Click here to access the order form.)
  • Vendors will exhibit June 18-20, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
  • Setup is June 17, 10:00 am - 4:00 pm.
  • Breakdown may begin at 4:00 pm on June 20 and must be completed by 11:00 am on June 21. 

Booth Options

Demonstration Space
Cost: $8,000 (plus donated door prizes valued at $500)
Includes: Space equal to a minimum of 4 booths that allow mini-presentations of up to 30 minutes each for a maximum of 4 times per day; Space will allow standing room only.

Exhibition Space
Cost: $1,000
Includes: 1 exhibition space
